Ashford School is a thriving independent school operating two sites in Ashford, Kent. 


We are looking to recruit an outstanding Estates Manager who will lead the team who manage our buildings, security, transport, cleaning and other support operations.  Reporting directly to the Bursar, you will oversee projects, manage budgets and ensure compliance with Health and Safety and inspection requirements. 


The successful applicant will need well-developed leadership skills, ideally from an estates and facilities background.  This role is suited to a pro-active, determined and motivated individual with high levels of empathy who is able to make clear and logical decisions.  Relevant qualifications and experience will clearly aid candidates in their application; however, the right attitude and personality carry equal importance. 



Salary by negotiation and dependent on skills, attributes and qualifications of the successful candidate.
