Financial Accountant Job - West Kent - Salary up to £60,000 DOE - CIMA / ACCA / ACA

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and qualified Financial Accountant to join this leading Financial Services provider based in West Kent.

Your new role
This role will support the leadership team within the operational finance side of the business.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting and driving the delivery of the Operational Finance business plan. Prepare budget & forecast with continuous business performance tracking. Manage cash-flow, inventory, receivables and credit review of customers. Develop and implement various financial requirements to drive business improvement. Strengthen control issues and identify opportunity for process improvement. Support the development of existing and new business by reviewing and updating financial performance. Support with audits reviews and requirements

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an accomplished Financial Accountant. Possessing a relevant financial qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA is desired but not essential if you can demonstrate suitable experience in a similar role. Experience gained from within a financial services environment is highly desired as is prior experience of managing and supporting small team. You will need to be; a self-starter with an eye for details and determination to deliver accurate and informative results. Have the ability to work on projects as required, understanding of deadlines and ability to cope with change. Have the desire to maintain and develop relevant knowledge and skills and be able to work collaboratively in a small team with good business partnering and communication skills.
