Event Production Co-ordinator/Administrator (office based)

Ground:zero is a highly collaborative event production company based in North Kent. We have been planning and delivering highly successful events for over 25 years, including conferences, exhibitions, and roadshows. We are offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and progress within our highly supportive and social culture, with the chance to work on exciting events across the country. This highly regarded production company is now looking for an Event Coordinator to join their close-knit and social team to deliver their events across the UK.


Responsibilities

The Production Co-ordinator will support Project Managers and Producers on all projects and all aspects of each project as well as day to day administration. This will include:

1. Scheduling
2. Co-ordinating travel and accommodation
3. Ordering and collection of equipment
4. Booking freelance personnel and suppliers
5. Making sure paperwork is completed and filed
6. Generally managing the Project manager’s and Producer’s expectations
7. Daily administrative office duties
8. Finance Data input


Skills

It is most important that that the Production Co-ordinators has the following attributes:

1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Clear communication skills
3. Hardworking and efficient
4. Work calmly under pressure
5. Work without constant supervision
6. Good time manager
7. A good team player

​The ideal candidate will have a passion for excelling at work, with attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team will also be key.
