Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our exclusive client based on the outskirts of Sittingbourne, who is actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a 6 month contract to lead into a potential permanent position. The ideal Accounts Assistant would need to be able to show experience with the following duties:
Accounts Assistant Duties:
• Matching, batching and coding sales ledger invoices
• Matching, batching and coding purchase ledger invoices
• Reconcile customers accounts and allocate incoming payments
• Updating customer accounts
• Photocopy and file all accounts information
• Upload invoices to customer accounts
If you are a Accounts Assistant, able to start immediately, can commit to an office based role and are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar Accounts Assistant role then please apply.
