Job Title: Telesales Executive



Location: Ashford



Salary: £12 per hour



Term: 3 months+, with temporary to permanent opportunities



Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Our Client is flexible and can offer part-time hours for the right candidate!

This role has become available due to an exciting new campaign which has been launched, therefore we are seeking customer service focussed candidates to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a well-established company who truly value their staff, you will be joining a team of experienced and supportive people; you will be truly looked after in this role.



Your key responsibilities would be:

* Contacting clients via phone from a database to introduce yourself and what the company offer
* Inviting the client to take part in the campaign where they will receive a free trial of your company services for 2 months
* Processing the order through Salesforce
* Updating the client record with information required
* Follow up on any Client's who have registered interest in the campaign
* Providing exceptional customer service to customers
* Providing product knowledge to the customers



We would love to speak to candidates with the following skills and attributes:

* Confident telephone manor to speak with customers
* Previous call centre type experience is desirable
* Good use of own initiative
* Competent using all MS Office programmes
* Educated to GCSE standard
