If so, the Corporate Projects team have an exciting opportunity for you! We're looking for three new Service Improvement Leads to join our team. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you'll own the delivery of a diverse range of corporate projects, driving business improvements.

The role of the Service Improvement Lead is to work alongside the business and facilitate the identification of improvement initiatives, working with colleagues to coach them in problem solving and supporting the delivery of projects and improvements. Working across all levels of the business, you'll be accountable for understanding their requirements and the need for change and translating this into recommendations.

We are looking for a confident, resilient and highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills to undertake the role of the Service Improvement Lead. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and navigating through a variety of diverse projects driven by the business. The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering improvement projects and passionate about improving services for both our customers and our people.
