An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established company and be part of a fantastic team. You will be providing a high level of customer service via phone and email dealing with queries, orders and complaints.

Key Duties:

* Process orders
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and cost effective manner
* Manage your own workloads; prioritising and meetings your objectives
* Continuous development on product knowledge to answer related questions
* Communicate price and stock availability requests

Key Skills:

* Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Competent MS Office skills
* Data entry experience with high accuracy
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Excellent communication; verbal and written

You must have experience working within a Contact Centre/ Customer Service environment.

Benefits:

* 21 days holiday plus bank holidays - 1 day extra for each year of service, capped at 25 days, so 5 years means 25 days

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
