Sales Representative

Medway

Monday to Friday 9-5.30 (Hybrid Working after Training)

£20k - £22,500 DOE + commission (+ Quarter Bonus)



A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join my client based in Medway, on a full time and permanent basis, with the opportunity to work a hybrid shift pattern!

The successful sales professional will be making and receiving warm sales call, generating leads, and cross/ upselling the company products continuously.

The most suited person for this role would have previous sales-based experience and will be self-motivated with a natural drive to succeed.

Duties include:

* Taking incoming calls from new and existing customers building excellent professional relationships
* Answering various questions regarding the products or company and actively upselling and cross selling to increase both size and order value
* Contacting potential and existing clients to explain new products or services
* Processing sales orders accurately
* Keeping record of calls, sales and any other information needed
* Providing potential opportunities and leads to the field sales team
* Complete quotations where required
* Update inhouse CRM accurately



The right candidate will have/be:

* Experience in telesales/ sales b2b or b2c
* Confident and driven in working to targets
* Strong negotiation skills
* Engaging and enthusiastic
* The ability to pick up knowledge about products and services easily
* Strong communication skills, especially over the telephone
* Confident in working to targets
* A positive can-do attitude is key
