As a Team Leader within the Health Visiting Services Business and Administration team, you’ll provide the infrastructure support to allow your clinical colleagues to focus on delivering high quality care.  

You’ll support a team of administrators who are the first point of contact when our clients contact our service. What will the role involve?

Supervising and line managing the workload of the administrators
Attending and contributing to team meetings
Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment
Good attention to detail when handling large volumes of data and the ability to detect and correct errors.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential just a willingness to learn and respond well to feedback. We provide full induction training, regular coaching and the support and encouragement needed to get you off to the best start. We also offer a generous NHS pension, annual leave entitlement and a competitive pay framework to progress through.  We currently have vacancies in three teams Sevenoaks, Swale and Ashford.  This role is split between working within a trust site and home- working. 

We have full and part time opportunities up to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week between 9am -5pm. So, if you’re customer focused, empathetic and up for a new challenge then we would love to hear from you!
