A reputable company based in Larkfield are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their existing team for a 6-month temporary position.
You will manage the fleet maintenance desk assisting in the planned and reactive maintenance of rental vehicles.
Duties to include -
* Booking in vehicles for services and MOTs
* Arranging collections and replacement vehicles for breakdowns
* Liaising with customers by telephone and email
* Data entry
You must be process driven with an eye for detail and a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within the automotive industry or have worked within an office based customer service or administration role. You will also be computer literate and be knowledgeable in Microsoft packages.
8am - 5pm weekdays
£11.31ph
