We are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Team Supervisor who has a background in Plumbing to lead and work alongside our Maintenance Team at St Lawrence College.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage the team to work independently to a high standard, taking pride in the quality of their work. Experience in plumbing, fault-finding and general maintenance skills are essential.
This position will support the Support Operations Manager by leading the Maintenance Team to ensure College buildings are kept in good repair.
An accredited Plumbing qualification or evidence of relevant experience is essential.
Working hours;
Full time 40 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Saturday 08:00 – 13:00 (7 per year)
The requirements of this role will necessitate occasional evening and weekend work.
