Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor

Salary: £25-28,000 + commission

Location: Parkwood

Our client, a successful and established technical services company, have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor to join their team, working with an extensive portfolio of clients across the industry.

Duties include:

* Identifying potential new business, qualifying leads and fact finding.
* Developing relationships with existing customers to grow accounts to their full potential.
* Identifying opportunities to encourage repeat business by booking in annual reviews and services.
* Using in house CRM systems to keep up to date information on customers for use by the whole team.
* Building great relationships with Key Account Managers and other internal departments in order to effectively share information and better meet customer expectations and requirements.
* Working as an effective member of the Sales team, sharing leads and information to support the team meeting agreed targets.

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in sales. Technical sales would be desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Interest in and ability to probe and understand customer requirements thoroughly.
* A confident, motivated and target-driven personality.
* Ability to work effectively to deadlines.
