Inbound Sales Executive

Up to £30,000 per annum DOE + uncapped commission

Must drive due to location



An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Inbound Sales Executive to join my growing client who work in the Hygiene industry and are looking to expand their Sales team.



The ideal candidate will be confident by nature, naturally driven and eager to achieve. You must be computer literate and have strong interpersonal skills.



The successful candidate will be required to work in the office 5 days per week and must be flexible to work weekends on a rota basis.



Duties include:



* Mange inbound sales calls from new and existing customers providing excellent service and cross/ up-selling products where possible
* Respond to any new leads providing expert service and advice on products
* Update and maintain the inhouse CRM system, logging all information and calls onto customer accounts
* Manage the out of hours emergency calls on a rota basis; including weekends when required



The right candidate will have/be:



* Relevant recent experience of working in a B2C or BCB telesales environment
* Be able to thrive under pressure in a KPI-driven, targeted environment
* The ability to quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone
* Driven and willing to succeed
* Good questioning and listening skills, with the ability to overcome objections
* A tenacious and resilient personality
* Confidence making new contacts, pitching, and closing sales
* A team player
