My client, a respected employer in the local area, is seeking an experienced accountant to join them during a period of change on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The role will see the right candidate coming in and hitting the ground running right away, the aim being to clear and backlog of invoices and to work independently. The role will ensure that the transactional side of finance will operate smoothly, adhere to strict controls and processes that are being implemented and be on hand to advise when necessary.
The nature of the role requires a self-starting candidate, who can work closely with the Financial Controller and dedicate themselves over the course of 3 Months hit key deliverables. The expectation is that this role will see the right candidate working through to completion within the expected timeline, however, they may extend the role and explore the potential of a future long term engagement if required.
This role requires a candidate who is able to attend the office on a 5 day a week basis where they operate an early start, early finish in finance.
