Luxury Property Sales Executive, West Kent

Competitive salary DOE - c.£25k-£37k DOE + OTE uncapped commission

Permanent

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - some flexibility needed as required to meet customers at the weekend if necessary (day off in lieu on these rare occasions)



An exciting new role has arisen as a Sales Executive within a high-end Property Developer based in their Sevenoaks branch for a well-spoken and likeable candidate with a solid working history and a great work ethic.

This is a rare opportunity in the local area to work within an expanding and developing business offering plenty of incentives, as well as the chance for progression and significant increased earning potential.

This role will involve developing relationships at the highest level over the phone as well as in person, with HNW customer base and following enquiries through to close.



Duties of this role include:

* Following up active enquiries - no cold calling
* Offering exceptional customer service, actively listening to individual customer needs; this role is to service potentially vulnerable customers
* Building genuine relationships with customers
* Arranging face to face meetings with potential customers, offering them a tour of the luxury site, showing sensitivity and diplomacy in terms of any necessary adjustments that may need to be made dependent on the situation
* Giving clear and orderly site tours, answering any questions in detail and then following up in writing if necessary, in order to ensure the customer has everything they need to make a decision
* Confirming information with customers via email and documenting any new information
* Offering any further advice and support, always going the extra mile
* Negotiation with customers, again working hard to ensure that discretion, tact, empathy, and diplomacy are always shown
* Driving sales opportunities to achieve targets (allowing commission to be earned)
* Following up with exceptional aftercare

The successful candidate will have/be:

* A proven track record in relationship focused sales or customer service
* Demonstrable interpersonal skills with a clear ability to develop relationships with HNWs ideally with experience through a previous role
* Life experience - would most suit someone who has bought/sold their own properties or has a good understanding of this process and the stress it can cause
* A calm and compassionate character
* Polished and immaculate personal presentation
* The ability to stay calm under pressure
* A good understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality, as well as to always show tact and kindness
* Able to use own initiative
* An exceptional grasp of the English language, both written and verbal
* Effective planning and organisational skills
* A soft and approachable demeanour
* Patience and a methodical, organised approach
* Strong numeracy skills and strong business acumen
