Senior Lettings Negotiator - Covering Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford 

Basic Salary with OTE up to £35-40,000

This highly profitable and award winning independent agent are seeking someone with exceptional communication and customer service skills to work in their very busy Lettings department.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator. Applicants should ideally have knowledge of rental valuations, listing and negotiations. They require a confident self-starter who is experienced in the complex and fast paced lettings environment.

The successful applicant must be able to hit the ground running, and be confident with both landlords and tenants. Knowledge of the Reapit software system would be a distinct advantage, as would the achievement of gaining the Technical Award in Residential Letting.

Each day will be Varied and will include.

Attending Viewings

Doing Check In's and Check Outs

Inventories

Speaking to Landlords

Registering and talking to tenants

You need to drive and to have access to a car for this vacancy

You will have had some experience as either a sales or Lettings negotiator, ideally you will be ARLA Qualified although if not the company would be happy to train you to achieve this qualification.
