Job title: Marketing Project / Account Manager

Salary: £32k - £36k DOE

Location: Canterbury (Hybrid working is available, although the team all choose to be in the office where there's such a great energy!)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week, with a hybrid working approach, core hours 10am- 3pm, it's then your choice how and when you complete the remaining hours.

The role: Our client is looking for a candidate who can really take on challenges and provide exceptional service and support to their specific clients. You'll help build relationships and keep their growing portfolio of projects moving forward. They need someone who can hit deadlines, keep their customers happy and the teams engaged on the task. You'll be working across their integrated departments, meaning you'll need superb communication, stellar organisation skills, patience and a keen eye for detail. You'll need to find change exciting, not fearful. The team move quickly to keep up with their fast-moving clients and projects.

Your key responsibilities as an Account Manager:

* Managing the growing portfolio of clients and projects
* Managing the scope, budget, deliverables and schedules of both internal and external projects
* Work closely with Head of Department to establish goals for projects and client communication
* Prepare detailed briefs for delivery teams - providing them with the relevant information to deliver on tasks
* Accurately maintain schedules and work quality
* Maintain judgement of creative ideas and proposals
* Communicate actively with creative disciplines
* Works closely with the Head of Department to introduce new initiatives

We'd love to speak to candidates with the following:

* Account Management experience
* Marketing background and experience within an agency preferred
* Experience with Forecast project management system is beneficial
* Detail-oriented and process driven
* Someone who is adept at managing multiple clients and numerous projects concurrently
* An unwavering team player who can work effectively with each of the creative departments
