Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £24 - 28,000 + commission

Location: Medway

Fantastic opportunity for someone with lots of drive and perseverance to join this well-established company based in Medway as a Junior Sales Manager!

Duties include:

* Developing and maintaining new and existing business relationships to hit agreed sales targets and KPIs.
* Building effective relationships quickly over the phone to understand customer needs and provide solutions resulting in sales.
* Meeting and exceeding all targets set and contributing to the company's development and growth.
* Proactively generating new business by reaching out to new customers, lapsed customers, and extending services provided to existing customers.
* Developing and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
* Completing all admin and data inputting requirements, ensuring accurate and up to date information is recorded.
* Working effectively across the business with field-based colleagues.

The successful candidate will have:

* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
* Some commercial awareness and understanding.
* An interest in sales and the ability to build good relationships quickly.
* IT skills, including using MS Office.
* Confidence and enthusiasm.
* A positive telephone manner.
* Tenacity and Resilience.
