Telesales Estimating Junior

Up to £29,000 plus OTE £2,500



My client, based in West Kent, are looking to recruit a reliable, customer focused Estimating Junior to create and develop new and existing leads and opportunities.

Duties include:

* Working to agreed targets making business development calls to potential new, existing, and lapsed clients.
* Completing effective market research to identify appropriate new clients.
* Updating internal databases and systems in a timely and accurate way.
* Passing positive, qualified leads to the Estimating team for progression.
* Following up on leads and ensuring all information possible is gathered.
* Focusing on both current business and long-term business for lead generation.
* Developing a strong understanding of products and services.

The right candidate will have/ be:

* Experience in a fast-paced, pressured environment, working to targets.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Confidence communicating on the phone and quickly building relationships with new people.
* Bags of motivation, drive, and tenacity.
