Logistics Administrator

Responsibilities Include:
- Handling enquiries, complaints and other aspects of customer service as required
- Taking bookings, scheduling the workshop and technicians workload
- Keeping customers updated with the work on their vehicles, creating and distributing the necessary job cards and paperwork in a timely manner
Desirable:
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transport or Fleet Management
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
