A rare opportunity for a Claims Handler to join our well-established Insurance customer is available In Ashford.

This role is to take customer calls and be the first point of contact for customer claims. If you have a strong Customer Service background and excellent communication skills, then this is the role for you.

You will record and manage the claims process for the customer and develop a rapport with them to satisfy their claims.



Key Skills:

* Previous customer services and proven record in order to build relationships using verbal and written communication skills
* It would be desirable if you have worked within Insurance/claims before
* A calm, compassionate, and empathetic approach to calls.
* Ability to apply excellent administrative skills using procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel).
* Excellent attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced working environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal team.
