Inbound Sales Manager

Up to £40,000 DOE, OTE around £50,000

Sevenoaks - must drive due to location

Hours are between 8am - 6pm, flexibility needed due to the nature of the role (occasional weekend/holidays on call required)



A brand new and exciting role for an Inbound Sales Manager to join my client's diverse and forward-thinking team. Leading a team of 5, you will be responsible for maximising sales activities and exceeding all sales and profit targets whilst providing excellent customer service.



Duties include:



* Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring marketing activity
* Managing the sales representatives team of 5; motivating them and setting targets
* Tracking the sales targets for the team
* Working towards structured KPI's
* Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
* Suggesting ways to improve the sales administration process
* Conducting research on competitors and following up leads
* Reviewing customer feedback and creating new ideas about the products
* Liaising with other departments to ensure consistency in the brand and sales



The successful candidate will have / be:



* Previous experience in Inbound Sales is essential
* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
* A thorough understanding of the sales administration process
* Analytical
* Organised
* Able to pick new systems up quickly
* A self-starter with a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service

Due to the nature of the business, there will be occasional times on the weekends/holidays, where you will be required to be on 'on call' from home.
