We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant for Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You will be an integral part of our award winning team ensuring adherence to controls and processes; overseeing both the sales and purchased ledgers. This will include raising invoices and undertaking credit control for the sales ledger and assisting with the maintenance of purchase ledger ensuring payments made on a timely basis. Assisting with other Finance reports including the VAT return.

As our Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant your key responsibilities will include:
• Raising sales invoices and sending to customers
• Recording cash collection on a timely basis
• Reviewing aged debts and taking appropriate action

Skills required of our Senior Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant:
• Previous Sales Ledger , credit control and purchase ledger experience.
• Familiar with accounting software for medium sized organisations
