The successful incoming person will provide Strategic and Operational Leadership of key manufacturing cells, managing the Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI and CI processes to achieve the Business Plan goals.

Your experience to date will ideally be from a similar manufacturing and/or engineering environment and have proven success in leading and managing a multi-disciplined team to achieve the demands of a busy client base. Coming with at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role and relevant qualifications in a Mechanical Engineering discipline and advanced Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques, this role requires a deep understanding of high tech, high precision, manufacturing and engineering processes and techniques.

You will also have demonstrable understanding of P&L and managing budgets to achieve P&L goals, and be an effective leader and motivator of all levels of staffing.

Your communication skills will well developed and enable consistent dialogue and proactive planning.
