Job Title: Quality & Compliance Manager *Option to WFH and the office*

Location: Ashford, free parking

Benefits: Modern offices, 25 days annual leave plus a day off for your Birthday

Salary: £32k - £35k DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm

Main responsibilities and day-to-day operations on site:

The Quality and Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company's operational compliance obligations are embedded, maintained and adhered to within the business. Working closely with all departments and ensuring all relevant documentation is collected, controlled and distributed in a timely manner. As the business grows, managing the change control of these documents, as they are superseded by updates and revisions will also be vital to the success of the role. You will help to ensure all business functions have access to the most up to date compliance process and materials documentation and provide a central point of reference for compliance related documentation and standing data.

Key responsibilities:

* Ensure all necessary Security Clearances are applied for and maintained to provide the optimum level of coverage in terms of cleared personnel for client sites.
* Implement improvements in the management of Security Clearance documentation, storage, and communication.
* Manage, maintain, and improve internal Quality and Compliance processes and documentation within the organisation
* Manage and develop system updates in accordance with relevant standards, including ISO 9001
* Play a key role in implementing further standards, such as 45001 and 14001
* Assist with introduction of new procedures and documentation.
* Act as coordinator to investigate non-conformances and assist with implementation of corrective actions
* Review and update documents to reflect changes as necessary
* Ensure the rules for document storage, distribution, access and change control are compliant to internal and external requirements, all documentation meets format requirements
* Notify and/or distribute updated documents to relevant personnel
* Participate in the development and management of an electronic document control system
* Ensure that records are kept in a systematic way and available as required to internal and external parties
* Conduct regular review audits
* Provide Health & Safety administrative support
* Produce suitable reports
* Complete and submit PQQs in line with client requests and upload to client portals as required.
* Manage the vehicle fleet including maintaining mileage details, MOT details, insurance notifications and other details as required.
* Champion the use of all company systems and drive better performance with better data
* Provide a central reservoir of compliance related data required for the role.
* Support the Board of Directors with administrative tasks.

* Experience of ISO Audits and accreditation's.
* Experience of preparing and submitting PQQ's.
* Extremely organised and personally disciplined.
