JOB TITLE: Sales Order Processor
LOCATION: Ashford, Kent
SALARY: £9.75ph
TERM: Temporary ongoing for 12+ months, possible permanent opportunity
HOURS: 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm - Monday to Friday
START: As soon as possible
Our client is looking for a candidate that is driven, eager to learn and good with new IT systems. If you are looking to begin your office career then look no further! We are really excited to be recruiting for our Client who are going through a period of expansion and as a result would like us to recruit an Administrator for their Sales Order team.
The main purpose of this role is to raise and manage incoming orders and process them on the internal database (Salesforce). Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will be the key contact for customers when any queries related to their new order arise.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
* Answering calls and handling a range of customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
* Handling email enquiries from customers
* Processing sales orders
* Accurate data entry onto Salesforce
* Liaising with internal and external departments including the Sales department to help manage client's expectations
* Adhoc administration as required by the department
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
* Previous administrative experience although this isn't essential as training will be provided
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
