Warehouse Operative
£9.50ph
Immediate Start
Our client is looking for some hardworking and diligent Warehouse Operatives to start immediately on an ongoing temporary basis at their Warehouse in Paddock Wood.
You will be working in a clean, chilled environment, with appropriate overalls and footwear provided on site. All training for this Warehouse Operative role will be provided.
You will be responsible for:
- Packaging raw chicken products to make ready for dispatch on a fast-paced line
- Keeping the Warehouse clean and tidy and maintaining general hygiene regulations
- Organising documentation for products
- Follow instructions
- Be able to carry out the requirements of the role efficiently and safely, both independently and as part of a team
Requirements for the Warehouse Operative role:
- Previous Warehouse experience is preferred but not necessary
- Previous experience working around poultry would be beneficial
- Food hygiene qualifications (not essential)
- To be able to communicate effectively in English
Parameters of the role:
- Monday to Friday 6am-3pm (potentially extended to 5pm during busy periods)
- One Saturday shift required each month from 6am-10am
- Competitive salary of £9.50ph
