Our Local Authority client is looking for a Procurement Functional Analyst to work with Procurement Functional Lead and Procurement SMEs to deliver the implementation of Procurement ERP solution in line with the Smart Core programme objectives of the council.

Key Responsibilities:

* You will support the analytic of spend whilst supporting best practice
* You will support the implementation of the category strategy, providing reporting to support the implementation of procurement processes.
* You will support the wider transformation of the procurement department.
* You will support the end-to-end procurement process, whilst being aware of EU procurement practices.



Experience required:

* Previous Experience of ERP preferred.
* Previous experience of Public Sector procurement is desirable.
* Change Management and Stakeholder Management experience is a bonus
* High degrees of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
* Problem solving
* Support business post Go-Live on any query resolution on Procurement
