Role: Marketing Campaign Graduate
Location: Erith, Kent
Salary: £25,500pa + Benefits including a £3000 annual bonus paid monthly and company car

KHR are working with a market-leading company who have great success in over 70 countries worldwide; due to the company's success and expansion they are looking to recruit a Marketing Campaign Specialist on a permanent basis.

Working in conjunction with the product, marketing and shop teams, you will be responsible for creating and executing a wide variety of campaigns, across multi-channel platforms in order to meet key company objectives.

The successful candidate will be proactive, able to generate ideas for new customer recruitment and retention campaigns, and be capable of multi-tasking. You will be expected to contribute effectively to our shops and assist the Head of Shops with key projects and objectives both head office based and at our current & future shops.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop integrated marketing and shop campaigns and actions with the purpose of achieving the company objectives and goals
* Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing/shop campaigns and actions
* Write, edit and proof-read creative and engaging copy for promotional materials within marketing/shop campaigns
* Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs
* Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
* Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off where necessary

Key Experience Required:
* Experience creating, developing and managing creative and engaging marketing campaigns is preferable as is the familiarity with monitoring and reviewing campaign performance, suggesting improvements from the results but not all essential as training will be provided
* Experience managing the content, creation and implementation of key campaign activity is also an advantage
* You must be able to demonstrate creativity, confidence and professionalism
