Now, more than ever, young people need our help to build their resilience and promote their well-being by helping them to reconnect with the world around them.

If your answer is “yes!” to these questions, then we hope you may be interested to hear that we are seeking to appoint multiple Intensive Mentors, across Kent, as part of the HeadStart Kent Programme. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to use evidence-based approaches and programmes of support to achieve maximum impact.

While your background may be in education, counselling, youth work or any other related area, we are particularly looking for highly motivated, dynamic, and talented individuals, experienced at working creatively and innovatively to achieve change.
