We know that many young people have been deeply affected by the pandemic. They tell us that they feel more anxious, more isolated, and more in need of support than before. Now, more than ever, young people need our help to build their resilience and promote their well-being by helping them to reconnect with the world around them.

Do you have the professional experience and skills to work with young people to achieve positive and sustained change? Do you have diverse skills that mean you can also meaningfully engage with families?

If your answer is “yes!” to these questions, then we hope you may be interested to hear that we are seeking to appoint multiple Intensive Mentors, across Kent, as part of the HeadStart Kent Programme. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to use evidence-based approaches and programmes of support to achieve maximum impact.

While your background may be in education, counselling, youth work or any other related area, we are particularly looking for highly motivated, dynamic, and talented individuals, experienced at working creatively and innovatively to achieve change.

Vacancies in South / East Kent & North / West Kent – please state which area you are applying for on your application form.
Fixed term until March 2023. All variations of full and part-time working will be considered.

For more information, please contact Nikki Naziri on 01303 766440.

Any appointment will be made subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

We do not accept CV's. To apply, please download a job description and application form from our website www.salusgroup.org.uk
