Finance Analyst | Mid Kent | £45k - £52k DOE and Qualification
Our client a highly successful business, part of a larger UK wide Group are looking for a Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a professional appearance and be trustworthy and diligent with previous experience in an analytical or business partnering tasks.
The main purpose of the role will be to analyse all sources of relevant information to provide support to the Sales and Operations teams in understanding the key drivers, enabling them to be tracked vs targets and challenging them to help support the business in achieving its objectives.
The organisation offer flexible working, 2-3 days a week in the office working 37.5 hours.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Business Partner to key Managers across the business including Supply Chain and Operations.
• Reporting on financial performance, identifying trends and modelling data.
• Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports to senior management.
• Analysing variances and exploring potential problems with budget holders and proposing solutions.
• Assisting with month end reporting tasks.
You will be:-
• At a minimum Part- Qualified accountant with a recognised professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Capable with Excel and experience of working with large data sets.
• Experience prioritising tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using an array of finance systems and IT software.
