Our Commercial team manage key product category accounts for some of the UK’s largest, multinational grocery retailers. Working as part of a team, in conjunction with internal departments, to ensure we deliver highest possible service level and continually go above and beyond for our customers.

The Commercial Assistant is responsible for developing daily plans in order to make sure that customer’s orders are completed in full and in a cost effective manner, within the correct timeframe, alongside providing support to Commercial Managers as we aim to deliver the best service to our customers.


• Demonstrable high level of numerical ability, problem solving and analytical capability
• Excellent communication skills and previous experience of forward planning
• The capacity to be influential and amenable coupled with decisiveness and commercial shrewdness


• Previous experience within a Commercial and Procurement environment ideally from the fresh produce supply or retail sector
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Business or Supply Management degree

Located: Bridge, near Canterbury. Free, on-site parking.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm or 8.00am to 5.00pm flexible to meet the needs of the business with weekend working.
