Group Credit Controller
Near West Malling
Salary DOE + Benefits
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
We are working with a leading business who are seeking an experienced Group Credit Controller to join their growing business.
Reporting to the Group FM we require a self-starter who is confident in their ability and can work in a fast-paced product-based business.
Duties
*Credit Control for the Group. This would involve managing debtors for the UK and USA, whilst liaising with necessary employees within European HQ's. You will also take ownership of managing debtors for other subsidiary companies within the group.
*Posting of incoming funds to appropriate accounts
*Liaising with customers and arranging appropriate payment schedules with them
*Actively chase collection of all debts via telephone or email prior to goods being delivered to ensure payment is on track and invoices do not go over our sales terms & take Card payments over the phone
*Preparing and collating weekly debtor reports with up-to-date notes to ensure the debtor plan is adhered to.
*Create new Customer Accounts
*Assist with sales invoicing & advanced invoicing for some subsidiary companies
*Bank reconciliation for the USA Subsidiary
*Prepare schedule for intercompany payments and post onto Finance systems
*Raise bank transfers on French & USA Bank systems
Requirements
*Experience with Sales Ledger and aged debtor management
*Experience in a fast-paced product-based business would be ideal
*Experience with a multiple subsidiary business with an international presence would be preferred
*Experience using multiple Finance & ERP Systems such (Xero, Quickbooks, Access Dimensions)
*Competent with Excel
