Property Administrator

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's
9.00am - 5.00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break (7.5 hours per day 22.5 hours in total)
Do you have a property administration background and are looking for a good work-life balance?
Reporting to the Property Manager the Property Administrator is the first point of contact for tenants, customers, and contractors. Using your experience as a Property Administrator you will deliver a first-class experience as you deal with a range of people daily, which includes the Gardeners, Maintenance team, Accounts Department, trading Office, and Senior Managers.
Essential Requirements:
1. Property management experience.
2. Administrative experience.
3. Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
4. Database management experience and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
5. Experience in invoicing and chasing debts.
6. Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
7. Problem-solving.
8. Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
9. Excellent customer service and communication skills, professional attitude, polite and good levels of personal presentation.
10. Full UK driving licence and own transport.
