Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Solutions are seeking a new Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Kings Hill branch to assist job seekers and client companies in finding the perfect match! This is a permanent role with temporary contracts also available.

Daily tasks include:
• Source & interview candidates whilst supporting them throughout their journey
• Canvassing client companies to secure new openings & opportunities
• Creating exciting job adverts & posting them to various job search websites
• Giving candidates pre interview advice & post interview follow up
• Remaining in contact with candidates & clients

We aim to deliver a first-class experience, really spending time getting to know our candidates and clients with one-to-one consultations and ongoing check-ups, to achieve the best possible outcome. Previous experience in this role is not necessary, although it would be beneficial to have a good understanding of customer service, sales or marketing.
