Service Activation Associate
GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
TEMP – PERM WORK AVAILABLE!
My client is currently seeking a new Service Activation Associate to join the team at their central operations centre just outside of Maidstone. This is a permanent fulltime role offering a starting salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per year and would allow you to start immediately on a temporary contract with the view of going permanent.
What to expect:
• Establishing and continuing long lasting customer relationships
• Sending and tracking standard communications to keep customers updated
• Liaising with the Field Operations team to assign and track activities
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Scheduling and recording appointments
