Health & Safety Compliance Manager
We are working with an upcoming and exciting company located near Maidstone who are seeking a new Health and Safety Compliance Manager to promote good practice and provide professional health and safety advice whilst complying with regulations.
Yearly salary starts at £30,000 - £45,000 and offers a reliable, fulltime work pattern.
Key responsibilities include:
• Arrange and lead H&S meetings
• Lead training sessions on H&S as wells as legal and compliance matters
• Carryout audits to ensure requirements are met
• Identify and report on any risks, reviewing and implementing improvements if needed
• Collaborate with various departments to meet requirements throughout the business
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Health & Safety or Compliance Manager, or similar HR role and have relevant H&S qualifications or working towards this, although training can be provided if needed.
