We are working with a unique insurance company in Tonbridge to resource for a Customer Relations Manager.
You will be managing the complaints teams across Household, Motor and Commercial departments and will ensure a first-class complaint handling service is provided. As an experienced customer relations professional, your role will be to get the best from each team member and as a collective. As a results orientated individual, planning and strategic skills will be your forte and excellent communication skills are a prerequisite.
To apply, you should demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' from a home claims insurance environment, with specialist knowledge, particularly Peril. Demonstrable management skills are key and you should thrive on coaching and developing teams to perform at the highest levels.
