Outbound Sales Executive / Business Development Executive - brand new opportunity with this successful firm!

£25,000 basic salary + commission which is a realistic £30k on target earnings on your first year (up to £35K)

Monday - Friday 8-5pm

What will the role involve?

- Generate demand for outbound prospecting

- Answer and book in requests for demonstrations, information, quotes and proposals

- Update and track booked appointments thorough the sales CRM system (training provided)

- Close appointments for sales by utilising the booking process in place with clients

- Maintain knowledge of services and value proposition to optimise sales drives and leads

- Establish yourself as an 'expert' within the company and the market by developing a broad body of knowledge about the industry

What skills do you need?

Using your excellent communication skills and driven nature, you will be part of a dynamic team who are responsible for engaging with relevant contacts in the industry to introduce their revolutionary product which existing clients have described as 'magic' and 'time saving'. You will have a competitive nature with a passion to meet and exceed targets, and have outstanding customer service skills.

The opportunities here are endless, this role is an excellent platform to develop your sales skills and be recognised for further development and progression. The management team train on the products and trust their employees and give autonomy, allowing you to develop at your own pace.
