Background of department/role
Reporting to the Creative Development Manager, the Production Coordinator is a key member of the Digital, Design and Content team, responsible for the day-to-day smooth and efficient running of the team’s production processes, managing requests for work and acting as gatekeeper in ensuring requests are qualified and fully briefed into the team. You will play an important role in scheduling numerous projects and will coordinate and manage the administration of the team’s workflow and processes.
As the Production Coordinator, you will provide first-level support and advice to clients, including expectation setting, and be the main conduit between clients and the team.
You will support the delivery of an extensive programme of marketing campaigns, digital assets and publications and will have experience in using project management software, to manage multiple projects and workflows.
This role is aimed at people with production experience and good organisational, administrative and finance skills.
