We are looking to fill a vacancy for a Production Team member to work in Aylesford. The role will involve blending, mixing and packing our range of epoxy resins and hardeners. Full training will be given. Previous experience of driving a fork-lift truck would be an advantage but is not essential.

We are a small business seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, well organised, clean and tidy worker. Your working hours will be 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The position is full-time with a starting salary of £21,000 per annum gross.

The main responsibilities and key tasks for this role are:
• Blend and mix raw materials following written instructions with 100% accuracy
• Ability to organise own workload and priorities
• Adhere to Health & Safety instructions
• Pick orders and pack ready for despatch
• Check goods inwards and outwards
• Driving a fork lift truck (training can be given)
• Monitor stocks of raw materials
• Support colleagues as a team member

These skills, knowledge and abilities would be an advantage but are not essential:
• Previous experience of handling liquids
• Colour matching experience
• Knowledge of epoxy resins and hardeners
• Willingness to learn new procedures
• Ability to communicate and work accurately and effectively with colleagues
• Fork lift truck driver’s licence
