A People & Culture lead for a National Charity. 100% remote
Your new company
Our national 3rd Sector/VAWG client is recruiting a People & Culture Lead into a very exciting position within the company. This will be joining a team of 2 other professionals for a 6 month FTC. The whole company works remotely so you will be required to work from home for this role.
Your new role
As a People & Culture lead you will be an all round HR generalist, supporting the company with Employee Relations, Comp & Bens, Recruitment, Payroll, HR best practice, Training & Development, Staff Appraisals and HRIS.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience as a HR Manager, Head of HR, HR Director, HR Lead of similar within the 3rd sector ideally from social care, charity, housing or education. You must have knowledge of DBS checks and safe guarding along with the ability to be a self starter and disciplined.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £45,000-£50,000 plus 27 days holiday + bank holiday, 7% employment contribution pension, flexible working, extra day off on your birthday, menopause leave and puppy leave.
