We are currently working alongside a Dover client who is seeking a number of customer services contact centre staff to join their team.
This is a rewarding role that not only offers a competitive salary of up to £ £24000 but also the following benefits:
• Unlimited travel on P&O ferries
• 75% off Rail services

• Pension
• 21 days holiday + 8 bank holiday
• 6 month probation period
• Hours of work are 5 days over 7 9am to 5pm. (37.5 hours a week)
Our client is looking for a team of candidates who can deliver exceptional levels of customer services, candidates who are dedicated to finding the best possible outcome for their customers. After training, you will combining your product knowledge and your communication skills to handle calls from both the general public and the trade customers.
Furthermore our client is developing their system to enable webchat and email reservations, this will allow for Hybrid working in 2023.
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills.
• The ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
• Previous experience within a customer services environment.
• Accurate data entry skills.
