VEHICLE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
WP Commercials Ltd is an established commercial vehicle hire company, based near West Malling.
We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Service Administrator to join the team.
Previous vehicle experience is not necessary but preferable.
Job Role
Scheduling of service and maintenance for existing 450 hire vehicles.
Undertaking general administration responsibilities
Inputting information into database and ensuring these are kept updated.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in an administration role.
Experience within the commercial vehicle sector would be an advantage.
Driven, hardworking attitude and keen to learn.
Excellent IT skills - including Microsoft Office. Full training will be given for our inhouse system.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Committed, enthusiastic person with excellent time management.
Working Hours
Full time: Monday - Friday, 07.30 to 16.30
21 Days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
Company pension scheme (after qualifying period)
Salary: £26,000.00 - £27,000.00 per year
