Administrator in an HR Department

Up to £24000 per annum

Rochester, Kent



Location - Rochester

Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

Salary - £24,000

Duties Include -

* Ensure the HR database is maintained and up to date with employee information
* Support the Head of HR in meetings by taking minutes and writing them up
* Assist with the recruitment process
* Support with any HR projects
* Support the delivery of training
* Provide low-level support on any HR queries
* Assist with the provision of payroll
* Other duties when required

Competencies Required -

* Interest in HR, with a planned or already qualified CIPD
* Experience in an administrative role.
* Have great attention to detail.
* Determined to succeed and thrive in a fast paced and detail oriented environment.
* Eager to complete tasks.
