We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client in the lovely city of Canterbury.
You will be providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of office, liaising with clients via telephone and email, assisting Account Managers in preparing and following up paperwork, maintain and update company systems, assisting other departments when required and finding ways to improve processes.
For this role you will need to have a strong background in administration support, proficiency using Microsoft Office/365 with excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail, which is essential. Knowledge of finance/payroll would be advantageous.
There is no parking on site for this role.
