Head of IT - 6 Months - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35
We are looking for a Head of IT, initially for 6 months to lead the IT Function, including service delivery. You will be managing teams, ensuring project delivery, managing budget and making sure everything aligns with their operating model.
* Line and functionally manage the IT Service Delivery function
* Sponsor the project portfolios, preparing business cases, solving problems/removing blockers & reporting to senior management
* Continually improve the IT Service Delivery function at an operational level
* Support the enhancement of the OM model as Group Transformation activities start to impact the structure of IT
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working in a senior IT Management position
* Experience of delivering IT services across the business
* Experience of working with senior management teams to deliver strategies and overall improvements.
* Experience of managing teams and projects
