Team Supervisor

£30,000 - £32,000

Hybrid role

My client, a well-established company based in Medway are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic Team Leader to motivate and head up a team of 8/10 employees. This role will be suited to a confident, ambitious leader who understands the importance of team building and providing the best customer service possible.

Duties include:

* Managing the day to day running of a team
* Reviewing team performance including monthly 1-2-1, Annual Reviews, Coaching sessions etc.
* Taking ownership of any complaints raised to you.
* Ensuring all team members have a development plan
* Motivating and inspiring your team
* Coaching your team to make sure they are constantly maintaining and improving the services offered
* Attending events and shows to deliver presentations

The successful candidate will have/be:

* Experience within a leadership/supervisory position
* Excellent communication and motivational skills
* A natural problem solver
* A focused attitude on achieving results
