Sole Payroll Specialist role at a leading logistics company based in West London; permanent and hybrid working

Your new company

A global logistics company based in West London. They have offices spread across the UK, and are a global brand. They are looking for a sole payroll specialist to come on a permanent basis and run weekly and monthly payrolls for their UK payroll of over a 1,000 employees.

Your new role

Process weekly and monthly payroll on-time and accurately, including starters/leavers, sick pay, holiday pay, maternity and paternity, taxes, overtime, pension contributions. Check monthly payroll changes coming from payroll and T&A system. Year-end processes (e.g. P60s and P11ds). Submit RTI and manage any court orders or deductions.

Payroll reconciliations. Process company pension schemes and liaise with suppliers for benefit schemes. Get involved with any process improvement, including a system transition in the near future!


What you'll need to succeed


* Excellent end-to-end payroll experience
* Comfortable calculating gross-to-net; tax and NI
* Preferably 5+ years experience
* 'Can-do' attitude
* Leadership and communication skills
