Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Near Hythe - free parking
Salary: £10.39ph - £12.99ph
Term: 6 months temporary then permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Start: Immediate
We are very excited to be recruiting for an Office Administrator based on our client's busy reception desk to join a diverse team. You will be providing administrative support to our client's internal departments i.e. the Customer Care and Sales department. This is a very busy and varied role with no day the same. If you are interested in a new challenge and are available to start a new role immediately, please read onâ¦
Your key responsibilities would be:
* Order and maintain office supplies
* Administration duties with scanning, filing and archiving customers' documentation
* Ensure customers' orders are inputted into the internal matrix and schedules are up to date
* Send letters on behalf of the Customer Care and Sales departments promptly and on time
* Record and file safety certificates onto the internal database
* Answer calls and emails into the office and distribute accordingly from reception desk
* Participate in bi-weekly Customer Care meetings
* Record and action any works as directed and regularly update the relevant department accordingly
* Ensure full awareness and compliance of the company's health & safety policies and procedures
* Other administration duties as required.
We would love to speak to candidates with the following skills and attributes:
* Confident telephone manor
* 1+ year's administration experience within an office environment and looking to expand on this experience
* Competent using all MS Office programmes, including Excel
* Educated to GCSE standard
* Available for an immediate start
